Review of The New Touch Game

Close your eyes... reach out and pick up the first object you feel. Is it your pen? A pencil? A coffee cup? That seems pretty easy, doesn't it?

Now try to feel among 49 small replicas of landmarks, animals, food, sporting equipment, and vehicles. Can you tell what is what? The New Touch Game is an amazing discovery for anyone who plays it. By using ONLY your sense of touch, you must find objects listed on your playing card, and you only have a short time to do so!

Constructed in a sturdy fashion, The New Touch Game really has thought of everything. Players ages 5 and up can fit their hands into the touch dome. Touchers can't see what they are touching, but the rest of the players can, due to the ingenious clear plastic and the light that comes on during play! A built-in timer, very heavy-duty laminated playing cards, and durable pieces guarantee that this game will last for years!

This is perhaps the only game that my family has played where the WHOLE family stands an equal chance of winning. (And you don't even really care who wins... it's that fun!) Mix the game up with new rules and variations for increasing levels of difficulty or buy the expansion packs for additional challenges. Either way, this game was a hit at our house!

No assembly required, just open the box and go! Did I mention that there are opportunities to learn more with useful facts on each playing card? In addition to the brain-boosting capabilities of this game, the makers of the New Touch Game have issued a very responsible and reassuring safety statement regarding the manufacturing of their playing pieces. (Doesn't that make you feel better?)
