While I love to look good on the outside, if I'm feeling yucky, everyone can tell. I love to kick up my lifestyle with some tasty products that actually help me to feel better. One of my favorites (that I've been using for years), is Emergen-C powdered drink with C vitamins. It's super yummy (try the tangerine or new pink lemonade), and has replaced sodas and other sugary drinks with a fizzy, healthy option. Just add tap water!
