Review of Organically Grown Baby Wear

When my first child was born, "organic" was a chemistry textbook term - not a description for baby clothes. Now that I have more children (and the world is better aware of alternative resources), I see many more items sporting the organic label.

Recently, I had the opportunity to try the coziest of organic baby clothing, and it was surprisingly affordable! Organically Grown is made from organic cotton. The adorable three-piece sets help health-conscious kids avoid conventionally-grown cotton (which occupies three percent of the world's farmland, but uses 25% of the worlds chemical pesticides!)

The tiny, cozy products include 3-piece sets of a gown/hat/blanket, kimono tie jacket/bodysuit/pant, and lettuce edge jacket/pant/bodysuit. There is a gift set perfect for your little prince or princess, and they're rather affordable for organic (starting at just $20)! They also have cuddly blankies!

I really appreciated the eye to detail in the construction of these clothes. The tiny stitching, quality of the material, and super-cute patterns will make any baby look totally huggable (and eco-friendly!)

The Organically Grown line is available at retailers Macy’s, Gottschalks, Dillard’s, and Buy Buy Baby.

Wanna win? Organically Grown is giving 3 lucky Lille Punkin' Readers their very own product from the line! We have one boy set, girl set, and a unisex blanket to give away, and all you have to do to win is tell us the gender of your special baby here in the comments! It's so easy! You have until Monday, December 15th, at 5 p.m. CST to get your entries in. Giveaway is subject to complete site rules. (Be sure to give us a way to reach you if you win, and remember that we will never use your email or contact info for anything other than to send your prize.) Good luck!
