4:55 AM

We have another exciting item to share with you from our 2009 Mother's Day Gift Guide. It is the YouCanMakeThis.com Personalized Pillow eBook, and not only is it affordable (only $6.95), but it is really that easy to do!

Just check out these cute make-it-yourself pillows. They can compliment any kid's room (boy or girl) and they take less time than it costs to run to the local store with all the kids, carseats, and snacks. (seriously)

Wanna Win? We were already a huge fan of the creations that they provide on the website, and now 2 lucky winners can get their mitts on the Personalized Pillows ebooks, as well! Just check out the YouCanMakeThis.com website, and comment on this post with the last craft you made (or tried to make). You can enter once per day until the end of the promotion (11pm CST on May 10th).

See all our other Mother's Day Gift Guide items HERE.

  1. I just learned to sew on a machine last week! Yeah! I made my little girl a 3 pair of pants, 2 adorable shirts and matching hats! I'm excited about being able to do this now.

Thanks for the giveaway....I'd love more practice.

  4. First, thanks for the opportunity to win. What a lovely little gift that would make!

I made friendship bracelets with lettered beads and flexible elastic thread. I made them for everyone I know, even my fiance. He still wears it every now and then and loves it, in spite of the little hearts beside his name (or is it BECAUSE of the hearts?). ;)

  6. We made two about the same time; the first was an outfit for my daughter, she picked out the material and pattern, and helped sew. It came out really nice. The other was a lady bug purse she saw in an old Highlights magazine (felt, pipe cleaners, pom pons, etc.).

  9. Last craft I did was for Valentine's Day when I gave my boyfriend a bunch of handwritten coupons. I made him a box to keep them in and handpainted it. He loved it!

  10. I hand embroider and sew. Last thing I made was backpacks out of favorite t-shirt of my kids. I sewed straps and sewed up the bottom and sleeves. They turned out cute!
