We love taco night at the Knerl house (even more than pizza night!) With the dinner kits from Old El Paso, everything is included (besides fresh stuff) to get the party started. Our faves? Start with a warm flour tortilla, add just a schmear of black bean dip, sprinkle on some cheese, add some sour cream, next some shredded beef or pork. Top with some lettuse, more sour cream and cheese and some salsa. Enjoy.
