Does it amaze you that one of the things people love most about babies is their smell? Surely, they can't be talking about my son. He is constantly spitting up, sweats really bad, and seems to have a dirty diaper only when I'M holding him. I love him, but his "smell" isn't something I'd rave about. These babies that others must be referring to have to be bathed many times a day, in my opinion.
Thankfully, I've had the chance to try out a line of baby products that are as lovely smelling as they are gentle. We gave the Johnson's Naturals lineup a shot this past week, using them in place of our regular baby bath products, and I was really impressed! Not only were they super easy on his sensitive skin, but the smell was sooooo amazing. I even started using some of the products on my older kids, and I'll admit to using the Head-to-Toe Foaming Baby Wash on my own body while showering. It smells that good.
There are a number of products in the new line, including the wash that I mentioned, baby lotion, baby shampoo, and two products for older kids: 3-in-1 Shampoo Conditioner and Body wash, and 2-1 Foaming Hand and Body Wash. I'm partial to the the products that either foam or are all-in ones. The less bottles we have cluttering up the shower area, the better, and I love that the foaming products keep my kids from using too much at a time (plus they suds up so nicely!)
I'm really psyched about these products, and I think I'll be purchasing them for my house in the future. With no Parabens, dyes, animal byproducts, silicones, lanolin, paraffin, petrolatum, phthalates, or essential oils, they meet or exceed the requirements of the Natural Products Association**. If you have kids of any age, I'd give them a go!
