Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive: Part Two

It's been a while since we first started our trial use of Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse!  We've been pleasantly surprised at its benefits, especially how my gums don't bleed as much when I floss.  My breath is also very fresh compared to how it used to be when I wake up in the morning.

Since I generally hate mouthwashes (they burn or sting my throat), I really appreciated that this was alcohol-free. I also didn't find it to irritate my caps or the sensitive teeth that usually become bothered by cold liquids or very strong products.  And since it is made to re-build enamel, I am hoping that it will actually help to make some of these problems less noticeable over time.

The one downside to this rinse is that it is recommended that you not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes afterward (to allow the fluoride to work), which makes it difficult to use in the morning if you're rushed to brush and eat before heading out the door.  In the evening, however, it's a bit of a blessing.  After rinsing, I knew I couldn't sneak a snack from the fridge before heading to bed.

The flavor of this product is minty, like you'd expect, and it is safe for adults and children ages 6 and up (basically, anyone who can manage NOT swallowing this fluoride product.)   To find out more about this product, visit the official Crest product website.  I'd recommend it for anyone who doesn't care to use mouthwash, but wants to experience the benefits of one.
