Review of Udi's Gluten-Free Granola

There is no reason that we have to eat gluten-free at our home, but we occasionally like to try products from that category.  Udi's is a brand we've tried in the past and seem to like, so I was intrigued by a few of their items that we hadn't purchased yet.  (As of date, our all-time favorite snacks are the Udi's Snickerdoodles; we also like the brownie bites enough that we'll take them to a potluck and they get devoured immediately!)

This review involved Udi's gluten-free granola, however.  I am picky about the kind of granola I like.  It must be crunchy, not so chewy, and it has to be very lightly sweetened (the more natural flavor, the better!)  Udi's gluten-free granola passes the test, and right now, ranks #1 among all the brands of granola in my cupboard. It has a very crunchy (but not hard) texture that the kids and I adore sprinkled over yogurt.  The vanilla variety is my pick for any time I want a sweet and crunchy snack that I won't feel guilty about later.

Udi's makes regular granola, as well.  If you're looking to go gluten-free with your granola, however, you will definitely want to check out all the flavors: vanilla, cranberry, original, and au naturel.
