Easy Mini Crescent Dogs for Holiday Entertaining

If there is one theme that all of my holiday entertaining tasks have in common, it's EASE. I don't want anything complicated to suck up my time during the season, so I've relied heavily on recipes and decor ideas that are simple, affordable, and available to put together in an hour or less.  This recipe for Mini Crescent Dogs may be my favorite, because -- not only is it delicious -- it's a 2-ingredient fix that takes just minutes to whip up:

Ingredients Needed:
• 2 cans (8 oz. each) Pillsbury® Crescent Rolls
• 1 pkg. (14 oz.) Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies

Preheat oven to 375° F. Separate dough into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle into thirds lengthwise. Place smokie on short side of a triangle and roll. On ungreased cookie sheet, place rolls point side down. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ketchup, horseradish, & mustard.
(Makes: 48 mini crescent dogs)

Can you just see your guests going ga-ga over these?  Both kids and grown-ups will gobble these up, so be sure you allow 3-5 per person in your planning.  (And because they are so easy to create, when you run out - you can make more before anyone knows they are gone!)

Be sure to check out Walmart's Entertaining Guide (available now) for even more delicious recipe ideas.  Several of my Walmart Mom friends will be demonstrating other dishes for you to try on their blogs, as well!
