We are so enthralled by the new Disney Jr. DVD, "Miles from Tomorrowland: Let's Rocket" now out in stores. This space-age adventure is perfect for my two young boys (ages 5 and 2). They love the excitement of outer-space TV, but need something that's age appropriate.

This futuristic show gives kids a taste of problem-solving with a scientific twist. My kids love all the characters, music, and mild peril that is featured in the show. I love that the entire family is highlighted in each episode; mom and dad are always there to help out in a pinch! We really appreciate when a series puts the family unit as the most important thing to value in life.
The all-star voice cast isn't bad, either. Tom Kenny (of Sponge Bob fame) makes an appearance in this one!

To help celebrate the August 11th launch of the show, Manny (my toddler) was able to enjoy dinner this week on his new set of Miles from Tomorrowland dinner wear, which included a divided plate and a cool utensil that opens up like a utility tool!
He's just mastering the fork, but he really enjoyed eating like a big boy.
There is also lots of other great merchandise for this series, including lunch boxes, backpacks, toys, and more! I can see this being a favorite with our kids for a long time.
