  7. My daughter and I both need to drink more water to stay hydrated. I've been getting a lot of foot cramps and noticed they usually occur when I haven't had enough water during the day. I don't like the taste of our tap water.

  9. I don't actually think I need to drink MORE water, as I already drink a lot, but I do need to keep drinking a lot of water to maintain my energy level, immunity, healthy skin and hair, and overall good health!

  15. We drink water almost exclusively. Unfortunately we just learned that it's probably contaminated with lead, so that's wonderful.

  17. I am so addicted to diet coke but I have cut down and started to drink more water and I feel so much better. But, I know I need to cut the soda and drink more water!

  30. We all need to drink more water, but I know I need to drink more water because the heat can make you dehydrated before you know and I have been told that is one of the main reasons that I have had kidney stones.
