Review of Lay-n-Go11:33 PM
What the heck is a "Lay-n-Go", you might ask? It's only the single biggest life-saver in the cleaning of my living room. If you have been battling the numerous small building blocks that your kids play with (stepping on them, sucking them up with your vacuum, etc.) you'll love this product.
The Lay-n-Go Large that we reviewed is a play mat that reminds me of a giant parachute that we used to play with in elementary school. It's sturdy, big, and has a drawstring function that, when you pull on the string, draws the entire mat up. Then, you simply tuck the drawstring into the side pocket and press it closed with the velcro tab.
See it in action at our house:
Kids play on the mat.
Up to 4 kids play on our "large" Lay-n-Go at a time!
There are two inside pockets to store "special" pieces.
When you're done, pull the string to close the mat.
Tuck the string in for safety!
I didn't close this as tightly as I could with one hand, but when closed all the way, not a single Lego head can escape.
Gotta love the shoulder strap!
I only wish I had one of these for every item we owned (like crayons and dirty socks, maybe?) Find out more about this innovative and amazing product at the Lay-n-Go website, Twitter, and Facebook!
