I remember seeing the commercials for Big G Monster cereals when I was a kid. I begged my parents for Boo-Berry, specifically -- but to no avail.
I gave a little chuckle when we recently received a box of the vintage monster-themed cereal including Count Chocula ®, Boo Berry ®, and Franken Berry® - which are available at Target for a limited-time only. My kids gobbled the boxes up, and I got to share how I loved these cereals when I was their age.
I'm sure the cereal has changed some since then; I know that they have no cholesterol or saturated fat and each serving provides a good source of whole grain, calcium, and nine essential vitamins and minerals. These are all facts my kids could care less about, however. They just like the cool colors and the way the box looks uber-creepy.
