Saying "Please" and "Thank You" with the Berenstain Bears

I have a very, very, very grabby 16-month-old.  He is starting to realize that he gets things more easily when he is sweet (rather than just reaching out and taking), but he has not yet learned to verbalize the "more flies with honey" mindset.  We have been watching shows about please and thank-you, as well as using everyday situations to demonstrate it.  One other area that we know can help is with books!

The Berenstain Bears have been showing values and good manners -- like "please and thank you"-- ever since I was a little girl.  They have recently updated some of the messaging (and the books) to appeal to younger kids, and this board book we reviewed is perfect for the baby and toddler crowd!

With all the durability you'd want from a "board book", this easy read demonstrates just what we are trying to teach our kids...

My little Manny is really getting into books, and looks at a few very intently each day. I was pleased that he enjoyed this one so much!

You can purchase this title, done by son of the original Berenstain Bears creators (Mike Berenstain), anywhere board books are sold.
