Do You Know Someone Who Helps Get #WishesDelivered?

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS. All opinions are 100% mine.

One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is the charity. So many people are working extra hard to ensure that those who are in need have some relief -- at least during this time of year. Whether charities are providing food, shelter, toys, or heating assistance, everyone seems to pitch in during November and December to do a little more. And I think that's great!

I have a strong heart for those who can't read, and I think that books make excellent holiday gifts. So my wish for those this holiday season is that those who can't read find someone who can help them, and that kids who are wanting for gifts can get a few books mixed in with the toys. There are many organizations that are working tirelessly to see that wish come true, including the Toys for Tots Literacy Program!

UPS wants to see wishes come true, as well. In fact, they have partnered with Toys for Tots Literacy Program (and other fine non-profits) so help share the holiday spirit by helping to fulfill wishes! They will donate $1 (up to $150K) to a worthy cause for every wish you and I share on social media using the #WishesDelivered hashtag. Just post your wish to Twitter or Instagram, or go directly to the #WishesDelivered Site to share your wish or story of someone who has helped make wishes come true!

Here's a great example of someone doing just that and being recognized by the UPS #WishesDelivered campaign. This video really melts my heart! I get chills thinking of all the kids that can read and learn, just from this one man!

This initiative is for a great cause, and it's so easy! At a time when a lot of use don't have extra money to share, it's nice to see that there's a free way to help spread holiday cheer and see #WishesDelivered! What’s your wish?
