Did you know?
While nearly two-thirds of adults (64%) say their living room is where they and their family spends most of their time, less than half (49%) dust the living room on a weekly basis, and only one in four adults knows that household allergens can lead to serious health problems.
If you visit my home, you're bound to see a few dust bunnies peering out from behind a piece of furniture (they love hanging out under the couch.) What you won't see is me spending a lot of time trying to get rid of them -- because I don't have to.
I have always been a Pledge fan. To me, there is no substitute. (It is proven to eliminate up to 84% of dangerous household allergens found in dust.) With a little guy with allergies running through the home, I have to know that my dusting product will really work. I always keep a bottle on hand for dusting duty. Here are some of the ways I use it in my home:
- Spray the end of my broom and use it to wipe off the top of the fan blades (Short people have their resources!)
- Spray an odd sock for getting behind the entertainment center and in places where only my hand will fit
- Spray a micr0fiber dusting cloth and attach it to the bottom of my slippers! Then I slide around on the floor, giving my dusty laminate a bit of shine. (Be careful you don't use too much.. it will make your floor slippery!)
You have until this Sunday, November 30th at 5pm CST to get your entries in. Giveaway is subject to complete site rules. (Be sure to give us a way to reach you if you win, and remember that we will never use your email or contact info for anything other than to send your prize.) Good luck!
For extra fun and prizes, visit www.pledgephotohunt.com, and enter to win $5,000 every time you play!

«Oldest ‹Older 1 – 200 of 331 Newer› Newest»I would use pledge on my bedroom furniture to make for comfortable sleeping!
First? on no!. I'd use it to dust my antique kitchen table
I use pledge, not the wipes, just good ol' pledge from the can and a rag. I do my furniture every week, on sunday. We have a woodstove so it throws out a lot of dust!
jennifer.lleras@gmail.com
I use Pledge to dust my end tables and the fireplace mantle as well as the lip of my baseboards which seem to attract an awful amount of dust.
shel704{at}aol{dot}com
I would stop the kids from writing "dust me" on the furniture! =)
It has been a long time since I have used pledge but since having a baby I am looking for ways to keep my home more healthy for him. I would love the chance to try it again.
I have a computer stand that seems to attract dust. I would use it on this.
I would use it to dust off my antique dining room table and sideboard. They look so beautiful after using Pledge.
thanks for the chance. miketra@sbcglobal.net
i would use it on my entertainment center
I would use Pledge to dust my shelves! My house collects dust something FIERCE! And it drives my nose CRAZY!!!!!
frogz60@hotmail.com
angelina115@hotmail.com
I would use it on shelves and tables.
I use Pledge to keep my furniture looking good.
i would use it at home and at my job. I work in a dusty inviorment and I am constantly dusting. The card I would us it to get my kids some christmas gifts. I realy cant afford christmas right now so I am trying this way for a little help.
do my hardwood floors
barbaraeford@yahoo.com
I use the wipes, almost daily. I have 7 pets so I also have plenty of dust and flying fur.
i definetly think the ceiling fans are needing some work so i would take the pledge and go to work with the broom!

I have used Pledge for years. Now that it helps control allergins, I will use it more frequently. I am always sensitive to dust. It makes it difficult for me to breathe and hurts my eyes, causing them to be red and irritated. If I win this Pledge, I will use it at least 1-2 times a week to keep allergins down in my home. As a loyal Pleadge user, I will always use Pledge to keep dust and allergins under control in my home!

Pledge has been a household name in my family for years. It makes my fine (and not so fine) wood furniture sparkle, I would continue to use it to keep my heirloom dining room set clean & dust free.I love that familiar lemon-y scent, too.I would love to win this, thanks for the entry!
I would use it everywhere I have wood....which is a lot of places in my house (living room, table, mantle, door frames, doorbell box, bedroom, dressers, night stands...everywhere).
I do though have a pet peeve, it is when people spray the Pledge (or the like) on the surface they are going to dust. Well when you sprayed you just stirred up the dust so by the time you finish dusting the dust is going to settle back down on the surface. It is best to spray your rag (or dust cloth...I use old rags) with the product then wipe your surface, you are catching the dust/dirt instead of putting it back up in the air.
Both of my children have allergies, I have had to relearn how to do some things around the house so they can breathe easier.
Thank you for the chance to win.
Happy Holidays
I use it on my bedroom furniture because I am allergic to dust and have to keep my wood waterbed frame dust free. We also have a house that is almost entirely wood floors. That does help reduce allergies, but it makes for a lot of dusting.
