Review of Sustenex Probiotic Gummies and Soft Chews

Anyone here take Probiotic products?  We do, but I admit that mixing powders into our drinks or swallowing pills is not the preferred method of doing it.  We recently tried the new products from Sustenex, however, and I'm back in the game of of probiotics, and not hating it a bit!

First, the Gummies.  They taste just like gummy bear candies, and the kids have no problem taking these.  (We've pretty much switched completely to gummy or chewy supplement options.  As long as the kids are diligent about brushing their teeth, I think it's a good trade-off.)  Here is more info:
Sustenex Probiotic Gummies, available in assorted fruit flavors, contain 250 million CFUs (colony forming units) of the GanedenBC30 probiotic per bear. At only 12 calories per gummy, Sustenex Probiotic Gummies are safe for children two years old or older and are the perfect solution for kids and adults alike who are lactose intolerant or simply don’t like yogurt. One box of gummies contains 60 pieces and is offered at a suggested retail price of $15.99.
We also tried the chews.  These are what hubby and I take.  They remind me of a chewy fruit candy (sort of like Mamba candies from when we were a kid.)

Here is the scoop:
Sustenex Probiotic Chews, in all-natural mixed berry flavor, contain one billion CFUs per chew. The chews, only 20 calories each, are safe for adults and children five years old and older. One bag contains 30 individually-wrapped chews and is offered at a suggested retail price of $15.99.
So, to recap: The adults get the chews, and the kids get the gummies at our house.  They last quite a while, even in our family of 7!  When it comes time for cold and flu season, we try to make sure everyone is taking these regularly, and they seem to help with the tummy troubles that can be common this time of year.

Do you use probitotics?  Would you consider a gummy option?
