School has started, and kids want to look their best. Whether you have a tween, teen, or young adult in your home, stress can cause breakouts -- which can then lead to more stress. The cycle of wanting to look good and having to deal with bad skin can seem like a major disaster for a young person!
We had the wonderful opportunity to host a spa party, in conjunction with J&J brands, to celebrate my daughter and niece's birthdays. We invited moms, too, so that we could all relax with some indulgent homemade chocolates from our local chocolate shop and some fancy nail painting sessions!
Here are some of the fun goodies that we enjoyed at the party and were able to send home with our guests:
The girls enjoyed their sparky nail polish and getting a chance to relax on a Sunday afternoon before the busy school week picked up again.
What did the moms enjoy most? The chocolate -- of course! We also enjoyed some fresh brewed gourmet coffees.
Products that we tried at the party (and sent home in the goodie bags) were some new and innovative products from Clean & Clear, a brand we've had in our home for years.
We also had some Aveeno products on hand for the moms to use (although, I still deal with breakouts and enjoyed using both the Aveeno products and the Clean & Clear.) You can find out about all the items offered by BOTH brands at the Aveeno and Clean & Clear websites.
