When we first got our Roku 3, my kids discovered that there were Angry Birds cartoons available. These short episodes featured all the mischief of the characters you know from the Angry Birds game apps, and some pretty crazy story lines. My 3-year-old would check daily to see when new episodes had been released!
For those of you who don't have access to the Roku station, choose to watch all your episodes at once, or need a way to view these hilarious episodes when off-line, there is a new DVD out that contains the comedy in one family-friendly disc.
Sony Pictures offers the Angry Birds Toons: Season 1, Volume 1 on DVD for $12.99. It contains 26 episodes and a little over 70 minutes of entertaining viewing! (The cartoons themselves are very much on the end of harmless violence -- think "Roadrunner" style action. If you are OK with the premise of birds destroying pigs as portrayed in the games, you'll find this to be acceptable for kids ages 3-5 and up.)
