"Treat" Your Pooch This Halloween with these Yummy DIY Crafts!

If you love your pet -- a lot -- you may be considering dressing them up for Halloween this year.  If you are really into pets, you may also want to help your dog celebrate with some festive activities for the special occasion.  Handing out treats to the neighborhood pets is a great way to get into the spirit and also make friends with those in your community!
