If you follow gaming or pop culture at all you have probably already heard a lot about the newest game release that is freaking people out. It's the Star Wars Battlefront game, and it's arriving in-stores and online from Walmart tomorrow. However, if you have a Walmart near you, the opportunity to play the game early gave families the chance to try it before anyone else!
Here is a quick (and adorable) video of my sons trying the game at Walmart. We were the only ones there, so he had quite the time trying out the game. It gives you the chance to play as a Rebel or part of the Empire (we always pick the good guys), and the action is so realistic! Kids (and adults) can participate in challenges, steer clear of trouble, and generally do awesome things throughout this game. The Force was definitely with us that day (just check out how Marcus can NOT stop jumping up and down!)
If you're reading this, you may have the chance yet to try before you buy. In fact, tonight is the last chance to play the game instore before it his shelves at midnight!
To find out if your Walmart is participating, just check out the link here. If you don't see a game playing when you arrive, just ask; when we got to our store, the game wasn't playing, but it was set up to go. They were just waiting for their first customer to ask about it.
