Things have gotten so hectic this holiday season, that I welcome any and all easy meal ideas that also taste delicious. This Buffalo Chicken Mac recipe was new to me, but I figured it might go over well with the kids, since they are big fans of both buffalo chicken wings and creamy mac and cheese!
To make this quick but popular dish, you'll need:
To make this dish, precook your chicken, or use fully-cooked chicken breast strips. Be sure to heat oven to 425°F.
Prepare dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.
Toss chicken with wing sauce.
Stir chicken into Dinner. Spoon into 1-1/2 qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with onions and serve!
