Baked Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings Recipe

5:11 PM

This is the second month Walmart sent us a box of unique new food products to try, and I was pretty much overwhelmed with the variety. I'll be chatting about what we got (and what I loved) in a minute, but first you have to see this amazing Baked Sweet Chili Chicken Wings that I made! They are super easy, and my kids say they are the best wings they ever had!

To make them, you'll need:

  • 1 pound fresh chicken wings and drummies, patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic oil
  • kosher salt
  • 1 bottle Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce
Start by putting the chicken in a gallon freezer bag and adding the oils and salt. Shake it up until everything is evenly mixed. Spread out on a metal cookie sheet and bake in a 375 oven for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy!  Drizzle with the chili sauce and put back into the oven for 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately!

What else did we get to sample?

Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo - This is a tangy way to enjoy sandwiches, inspired by everyone's new favorite hot sauce Sriracha!

Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Dressing and Mix - This is creamy, savory, and great on salads or served with fresh chopped veggies. It's my best dipping dressing!

Evoo Extra Virgin Olive Oil - I like that this has sundried tomato flavors. It's perfect for pasta salads!

Skippy Peanut Butter Bites - Little balls of peanut butter taste delicious as a snack. They are almost better than cookies. My kids really liked this snack.

Smuckers Fruit Honey Blueberry Lemon - We already use honey and jelly at the same time on pancakes and toast. This delicious spread combines the best into one!

Pasta Gourmet Train Pasta - My kids favorite pasta at the moment. It makes minestrone exciting and fun to eat!

I am excited to continue using a few of these items, especially the  Chilli Sauce. It's our favorite way to eat wings and will be great party food for a crowd!

You can find all of the items we tried at Walmart!
