Review of Lauren's Hope Medical ID Bracelets

We are fortunate to be very healthy at my house. None of my kids suffer from allergies (beyond the occasional ragweed attack) and we consider ourselves to be blessed, indeed! Other kids I know are not so fortunate.

Whether your little one suffers from peanut allergies, seizure disorders, or diabetes, it's important that others know to avoid any medical mishaps. While medical ID bracelets are nothing new, there has long been a need for kid-sized bracelets that are both durable and attractive. That's why we were taken aback by the breathless beauty of Lauren's Hope Medical ID Bracelets!

With a variety of mix-and-match options for kids of all ages and sizes, Lauren's Hope has combined safety with style, for discreet and beautiful protection. Prices and styles vary:

- Tags are made with sterling silver, 14kt. Gold-filled, and Swarovski Crystals!
- Bracelets can be ordered without a tag
- Each tag holds up to 5 lines of information with up to 20 characters per line
- For ages 5 to adult

You can choose from assorted styles of bead strands to create different looks for your standard engraved ID tag! Lauren's Hope also has braided leather bracelets, cotton bracelets, and adjustable waterproof bracelets!

These are too precious for words.... visit their website to see for yourself!

We have a few samples to share with our readers with a value of over $150! We are giving away one new Adjustable Waterproof and Waterproof Medical Wristband in pink (size small) and a child's size "Severe Allergy to Peanuts" engraved bracelet (size 6" mood bead strand with extra 6.5" pink crystal bead strand). We are also giving away one adult "Diabetes: Insulin Dependent" engraved crystal bead strand bracelet.

  5. My mother in law is diabetic and I worry about her going out and about with no ID bracelet.
I would love to be able to give her one of these; thank you so very much for thinking of this. There is a need! Diabetic women are still women and love their fancy jewels!

  6. I would love the adult diabetes bracelet. I am diabetic, insulin dependant and fairly newly diagnosed, so one of these is on my "have to get list". I also want to let you know that I love this contest, you could possibly be saving someones life with these bracelets. This is one of the most thoughtful contests I have seen. My son is egg/milk allergic so I know that having children with allergies is difficult especially during the school year. I hope the peanut allergy bracelet goes to someone that really needs it. Good Luck everyone!

  8. An allergic reaction to peanuts is scary for us. Our grand daughter (4)has this allergy which includes foods that are made where peanuts may have been. She has eczema and also the allergy to peanuts. Every time we babysit we have to make sure we have the EpiPen with us. Before we buy any food for her she reminds us to check the labels.

  15. What a fantastic giveaway. I would choose the b) adult diabetes prize. I have been an insulin dependent (type 1) since early childhood. I am embarrassed to say that I do not wear any type of medical identification. Now finding and learning about Lauren's Hope to have found a medical id bracelet that combines safety with style - I have no excuse. Thank you.

  17. My daughter is 5 years old and lethally allergic to peanuts. It's difficult, as her peanut allergy singles her out from several activities weekly (playing at a neighbor's house since their homes are not allergy proofed, going out for ice cream, etc).

I have been needing to buy her a new medicalert bracelet since the engraving wore off of the one she has now, so I figured I'd try to win one for her! GREAT CONTEST!
