I don't have sealed stone in my home (I wish!), but I was still excited to try the new spray from Dupont designed to safely sanitize these types of non-porous surfaces and get rid of 99.99% of bacteria! With our family being large, and flu season in swing, I figured we needed all the help we could get!
I did a quick video review to help you determine if this product would work in your home, but, to be honest, the mild odor and ease of use make it a great addition to your cleaning arsenal -- regardless of whether you are blessed with marble countertops!
Watch as I use it on my sealed ceramic sink (from the 60's); while the drying time was a bit longer than I expected, the product was easy to apply and left no off-putting odors in my home:
Sink Before
While it doesn't exactly have any visible results (killing bacteria is a largely invisible task), you can see that it doesn't leave behind any cloudiness or residue!
The Dupont spray is available exclusively at Walmart and costs around $3.28.
