The 90's is one of my favorite decades for music. I was a teenager then, and I have a distinct memory for just about every top hit that was played then.
Today, as I listen to these same songs, my kids make fun of me. "Mom, this is SO 90's!" my daughter will say. I guess that's just not what kids, especially babies, are into these days.
You can imagine how clever I found a new lullaby album for kids, called Lullabylooza. It's all the songs I fondly remember growing up with (including tunes by Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, and more!) It's amazing that, even though these are much more "chilled out" versions of those singles, I still remember every word.
Let's face it. No one ever wants to completely grow up. We love the music that makes us feel young and invincible. Even though I've had 6 kids, and my back and knees ache, I long for the days when I had all the time in the world, I wore flannel, and Kurt Cobain was king. If you feel the same way, these album will make your day (and your baby's night.)
You can find it available as a CD or digital download!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
