What Kids Want: Interactive Toys!

All kids have asked for a puppy under the tree at one point in their life. But what if you aren't in the market for something that sheds, needs shots, or requires lots of walking?

Your kid might fare with with an interactive toy like the Zoomer Dino, a very popular "robot" that let's kids engage and explore his many electronic personalities with the included remote.  This little guy is quite unpredictable at times, letting kids control him some moments, and being a bit rascally during others.  He even lets out some "body" noises, which will likely have your kids giggling!  With light up eyes, growls, and little rolling legs that move quite quickly across a number of surfaces, this is a great gift for kids that get bored by typical electronic toys, but need something small and easy to get the hang of.  You can find him at Walmart for $79.88!

And since interactive toys are a big thing this year, there are a few others that you may be interested in, including Chosen by Kids toys that kids across the U.S. have added to their "Please, Santa" lists:
Don't forget the batteries!! (I would also recommend unwrapping these toys, spending a few minutes getting to know them, and then wrapping them again -- batteries installed -- before Christmas morning.  That way, you can help little ones get acquainted and be sure everything is ready to go when your kids wake up!)

Robots can be quite the investment, one that will last the kids for years.  If you are on a tight budget, consider Walmart's layaway program details to see how you can get the toys you want now -- before they sell out -- and pick them up before the holidays.  You can also use the Savings Catcher app to get the lowest price on toys you buy, or use the Ad Match Guarantee to match any advertised competitor's price on the hottest toys!
