Is there anything better than ice cream cake? I don't think so. In fact, with my husband's and my birthday both on July 3rd, Independence Day, and so many other celebrations going on each summer, it's kind of the perfect food to enjoy together as a family.
We were so thrilled to get the chance to review a complimentary ice cream cake from I Love Ice Cream Cakes! We chose OREO®, which is our favorite, and we served up some very simple celebratory fun. In fact, I had to do nothing: Just pick it up from our store, bring it home, pop it in the freezer, and take it out when we were ready. There was no baking, thawing, scooping, or prepping needed.
It's pretty much the easiest way to celebrate!

The kids LOVED the big cookie on top!
A little goes a long way. We each had a slice (or two) of this cake, and felt like we were getting the best of both world: ice cream -- and cookies! It serves up to 12 people easily.
