Who means more to you than your children? I often think about what I'd do if I had to go back to work outside of the home. (I currently am blessed to have my office inside my often chaotic house, children and all!) I think that I'd want my kids to be able to learn and grow at home, with the guidance of a trained and qualified young adult that would give them all their love and attention.
