My favorite school snack time memory was baking and decorating ice cream cone cupcakes with my Mom for my birthday and bringing them into school to share with the class in 1st grade. The irony of this is everytime I try to make the Ice cream cone cupcakes now, something goes terribly awry--as in "inedible cupcakes". Still trying to figure out where I went wrong!
