Mom Moments: How Do You Maintain a "Healthy" Lifestyle? Day 6

Yeah! I'm feeling so much better. Today I think I'll go shopping, with coupons, and try some new, healthy recipes I've been wanting to do. They include an apple squash soup (which is perfect because I'm overwhelmed with both ingredients right now, a healthy version of the gyro, and some low-fat pot pies (perfect fall cuisine.) It's been a blast reading about what everyone else is doing to improve their health, but the one thing I will take away from the past week is to drink more water!
