Any yogurt eaters out there? We always have at least a dozen flavors in our fridge at any one time, and yogurt is fast becoming one of my favorite treats! With two new flavors hitting stores, there are even more ways to stock up my fridge with 100 fat-free calories.

The new flavors are Red Velvet Cake (yum) and Blueberrie Pie (great for berry lovers!)

I like sneaking in these yogurts as a way to get some of the calcium I'm supposed to be getting, but don't. Did you know that they contain 20% of your recommended daily value of calcium and Vitamin D?

I definitely adored the Red Velvet Cake the best (it has a slight cream cheese flavor that resembles the frosting), and while I'm sure the Blueberrie Pie is good, too -- I'm not a big berry fan. (I know.. weird, huh?)
