I dig soups. Sometime, it's the best way for me to warm up on a cold day. Other times, I'm really in a bind with lunch, and don't have time to whip up anything fancy. I try to keep a full cupboard shelf with various soups that I enjoy for just those occasions.
We tried some different options from Campbell's Select Harvest Light last week, and we found them to be pretty tasty, despite being "light." At 80 calories or less a serving, I would need to eat them with a salad or a nice piece of bread, but my husband was content to just eat the soup. I like that you don't need to add water to these soups and the tops are easy to open.
