Today is my last day sharing news about the Child Hunger Ends Here program sponsored by ConAgra. I have enjoyed helping to share the important message of how many kids in the U.S. go without food or suffer from food insecurity each day. It is an issue that I feel so strongly about, partially because it is completely preventable.
The campaigns are always a reminder that I am incredibly blessed to be able to provide my own kids with nutritious meals and snacks whenever they ask for them -- something I didn't always have myself growing up. It is my hope that someday all kids in America can simply open the fridge and grab an apple or get a hot meal during a cold day that satisfies their soul and keeps them growing healthy and strong.
