Artichoke dip is a favorite football party treat at our house. I'm one of the only ones who actually eats it, but I love making a small dish that I can eat from for days! Recently, I tried switching up my standard recipe to create something a bit more bold. Here is my version of cracked black pepper and artichoke dip, with ingredients you can find at your local grocer:
Ingredients:
- 1 can artichoke quarters (in water, not oil)
- 2 cups Kraft Real Mayo with Olive Oil and Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 - 1.5 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
- .5 teaspoon paprika
- .25 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients in an oven-safe dish. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, then turn on the broiler and broil until the top is bubbly and brown (about 3-4 minutes.) Serve with crusty bread or corn chips!
Do you have a favorite football game dip? How about a different way to serve artichokes?
