Peter Rabbit Organics for Healthy Food - Anywhere!

I remember the first time my youngest son had a "portable" snack via a squeeze pouch.  He was hooked on the flavor of the fruit, as well as how he could eat by himself in the car or on the go. (He was 9 months old at the time, and we were headed to New Orleans via a 10 hour car trip!) We recently tried a different brand of pouch (Peter Rabbit Organics), and - to be honest - it had been almost a year since my youngest had eaten via a "pouch".  I didn't know if he would go for it, or not.

He had been recovering from a nasty virus, however, and getting him to eat had been a challenge.  I set him down in front of his favorite episode of Calliou and handed him one.  My 2.5 year-old didn't question it; he sucked down the "Peach and Apple" variety within minutes.  After looking at the empty package, I saw that it contained 50% of the daily recommended dose of vitamin C.  That's good news when you're fighting the flu!

Peter Rabbit Organics taste delicious.  They are designed for kids 6 month and older, but there really is no age limit.  They are perfect for packing in a lunch box, keeping in your diaper bag, or for when you can't appease a picky eater.  All of their products are 100% organic, have NO added sugar/salt/artificial flavors or colors, and have a flavor that's wonderfully natural.

The Peach and Apple my son tried first has just peaches -- and apples.  There is also a bit of lemon juice to keep things fresh and appealing.  (Many other brands use added preservatives for this, so I appreciate the all natural science behind Peter Rabbit's methods.)

You can find these at Walmart, and while the selection will vary, there are a wide variety of fruits, as well as fruits/veggie blends.
