Review of ANGRY BIRDS STAR WARS® TELEPODS VEHICLE PACKS

I don't know of any bigger fans of the Angry Birds Star Wars franchise than my 4 little boys.  Even the 3-year-old is obsessed with the iPad games.  We have had to set limits to how much he can play at one time (otherwise, he would be playing all day.)  We have also allowed him to experience a new level of fun with the game by trying out the Telepods Vehicle Packs!

These fun products can be used two ways:

• As a traditional play set that requires no electronic interaction.  My sons love to set up the pieces and cause an Angry Birds style reaction by shooting and knocking down their structures.
• As a companion piece to the iPad app.  By placing the telepods directly on the iPad screen, the characters are transported into the game for even more play options than the game will provide on its own.

This toy set has been extremely popular with my boys.  Even when one is using the figure in the game, the other boys like using the other figure in the real-life play set mode.  It's great that they can take the toy both on and off-screen!

The sets cost $19.99, and they come with figures and the telepod base for in-game play.   You can also collect individual figures at a price of $5.99 for a two-pack.  The Telepods are available now!  (Compatible iOS and Android devices must have a front-facing camera to play.)
