I love my iPhone. I don't love how it dies after just a few hours of use. If I'm at a conference using wi-fi, or out and about using the GPS navigation, my battery life is especially stressed. When I can plug in to an outlet, I do, but it takes hours to charge; and when I can't -- well, I'm just out of luck.
The Monster Powercard is a new gadget, thin enough to fit into a wallet, and precharged right out of the package! You plug your phone into it (cord not included) and you'll have it on and working in no time. I recently used this with my completely dead iPhone 4, and it was on and sending emails in less than 4 minutes. Usually, it takes me at least 10 minutes for the phone to come on when it's that dead. It didn't charge my phone to 100%, but it got me enough juice to work on it for about 30 minutes before needing to plug in (and that's with the power use needed to get it on the first place.)
Compared to other back-up power sources in the same price range, this product has more battery life and output, but with a smaller size. It also comes with a 1.5 year warranty from Monster. Sleek and stylish, this product comes in an assortment of colors. The best part, however, is the price -- just $39.95 at Walmart and on Walmart.com!
Because I'm terrible at remembering to charge my phone, this is bound to save my life more than a few times. And keeping it charged and in the small pocket of my purse just makes sense. I know it will be charged when I need it, and that's a comforting thought!
What do you do when your phone dies?
