With 6 kids, I have had my fair share of "firsts". But what's amazing, is that they never grow old.
In fact, even my latest little addition, "Manny" is so unique in his exploration of the world and his individual milestones. Some of our favorite first moments with him were those surrounding the cold, Nebraska winters. We didn't really get him out much in the weather, but we sure did have a good time at home!
Manny's first ever winter birthday party was for his brother Moses. We celebrate on January 18th every year, and it's always a nice break from the downtime we have after the holidays. Last year, Baby Manny was just a couple of months old when he experienced his first family birthday party.
Look at how tiny and skinny he is!
Compare that to a year later. This is him exactly 12 months after that date! Boy, how he has grown!
