Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Battle for the Book Now on DVD!

My 4-year-old is a big Jake and the Never Land Pirates fan.  It's an updated version of the Peter Pan stories we heard growing up, but with so much more fun, laughter, and learning!  The songs alone are a reason to let your little ones watch, and the newest DVD, The Battle for the Book, is available now!

The film tells the tale of Wendy's special storybook being stolen by Captain Hook, and how Jake and his pals go to London to help her out! The race is on to recover it -- before everyone's memories of Never Land disappear forever...

The adventure is just one of 5 episodes on this 141-minute DVD.  It also comes packaged with a bandanna checker board game (the playing pieces are pretend gold coins).

We were fortunate to enjoy the Battle for the Book movie while letting the kids play with their new family viewing kit, complete with adorable Jake and the Never Land Pirates toys!  My youngest really loves "stuffies", and he fell in love with the parrot.



This DVD is now a well-loved title in our family library, and is perfect for any fans of pirates, treasure, or adventure!  Parents will appreciate that their little ones are learning valuable life lessons (such as working together as a team), while they watch!

    Chubby is our favorite of course!! But I have to say, my daughter would fall in love with that stuffy! She calls them her babies and carries them around hugging and kissing them :) She's 15 months old

    I've never heard of this movie before but it would be perfect for my grandson. My favorite
