 My Facebook feed is full of people vowing to do better with their eating by implementing healthy recipe ideas into their daily meal plans.

My favorite dish so far has been a simple spinach and green leaf lettuce salad with tomato, green onion, kalamata olives, and Chicken of the Sea Lemon Pepper Salmon!  Because the salmon is drained, but still very moist, I didn't have to add any additional dressings to my salad.  It was full of flavor!
