So, it always pleases me to see big companies aligning with the goals of women like me who have dreams to do something to support themselves and their families -- especially when those women create something that can change the world!
Walmart launched their global Women's Economic Empowerment initiative 3 years ago, with the goal to make lives better for all women -- everywhere. One way they do that is by committing to buy $20B worth of merchandise from women-owned companies over the next couple of years. And while they have a ways to go to make that happen, they are starting strong by featuring 6 different products manufactured by women-owned businesses!
They are:
