Say It. Don't Spray It. TapTop Lysol for Every Counter

My 1950's kitchen is so in need of an update. There are days I just don't want to clean it, because even after I do.. it still looks gross. Dark, outdated wood cabinets, brown back-splash, and a linoleum counter that looks like something out of a rundown diner. These are the things I have to look forward to.

But, I have to admit, that I can get behind cooking in it when I know that it's clean.  There is quite a bit of counter space, and the trick is to have help with the kitchen chores.  When 3 of us work together to clean, the work is more fun!

One thing that really bothers me about having my kids help clean is the overspray.  They go crazy with cleaners, squirting and spraying and getting it everywhere.  I worry about the fruit bowl getting sprayed or something that I really don't want cleaner on.  That's why our addition of the TapTop Lysol products has been super useful.  You simply rotate the top counterclockwise to open it, push down on the top with your sponge or paper towel, and wipe down any surface in seconds!

I find that we use much less product this way, which is great for the budget.  I also appreciate the fact that the "tap" motion needed to get cleaner is gentle on my hands.  I suffer from inflammation in my joints, and I can no longer use the trigger function on a typical spray bottle.  I can see my Grandma or someone with arthritis finding this to be a lifesaver in the kitchen, bathroom, or anywhere you need a good antibacterial clean; plus it's made with hydrogen peroxide, which we all know is an effective cleaning agent.

With a fresh clean scent that is not overpowering, I can place one in my kitchen and one in my bathroom.  It's a good reminder to wipe down the sink after the end of a long day, and I no longer have to firmly remind the kids to stop spraying crazy all over the place! (And since it kills 99.9% of germs including Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Rhinovirus, Avian Influenza A H1N1, and Avian Influenza A Virus H3N2, I can include it in my essential "arsenal" against the family getting sick.)

You can find Tap Top Lyson products (in both Ocean Splash and Citrus Sparkle scents) at your local Walmart for $3.97, but if you're not headed out any time soon, it can be ordered online (and ships free on orders of $50!+)
