St. Patrick's Day "Leprechaun Hat" Pudding Cup

So many cute St. Paddy's Day ideas, but so many of them are very, very complicated or sophisticated.  For the family with lots of littles in the house, it's sometimes good to step back and put together a cute treat or craft that the tiny hands can help make, too!

We put together these yummy pudding cup treats in less than 5 minute with supplies we purchased from our grocery store.  You can customize them to look any way you want with these affordable ingredients.

You'll need:
  • Mini ice cream cones
  • Can of green cupcake frosting with tips
  • Gold glitter cupcake sprinkles
  • Celebration shiny green Sixlets (in the cake decorating aisle)
  • Vanilla or Chocolate Snack Pack Pudding cups
Start by putting two rings of green frosting around the bottom of each mini-cone. Cover the top with more green frosting.

Place the cone upside down inside an open pudding cup.  Sprinkle with the gold sprinkles.  Add a few of the metallic gold Sixlets for fun detail.

Enjoy!  The kids really love eating these sweet desserts, and with a little assistance, kids as young as 8 can make their own.
