What's New in the Baby Aisle at Walmart!

My baby is getting so big, and yet it seems like just yesterday that he was enjoying his favorite place to sleep -- the Fisher Price Rock n' Play!  So, you can't imagine how amazed I was that, just 20 short months after he was born, there have been so many improvements on our favorite products (including the Rock and Play) for all the newborn babies out there.  And the best part is that they are all available at Walmart and Walmart.com.

So what new things can you expect this year at the retailer that has everything you need for baby, for every little step, at every day low prices? Here are a few of my faves:

  • The Rock n' Play now has auto rock technology. That's right... in addition to gently vibrating and snuggling baby up safely at night, it also rocks itself. Think of all the extra sleep I could have gotten with this thing (online for $79.98 at Walmart.com)

  • You can buy more quality organic baby food products and save at the same time.  One of our favorite baby food lines (Plum Organics Mighty 4) is in Walmart stores and Walmart.com in bundle packs of 6 for just $8.88!  Snag enough for a week's worth of snacks or meals-to-go and save money at the same time. I'm loving how yummy these quinoa and Greek yogurt packs are!

At a recent trip to Walmart headquarters, I saw some amazing new products in baby clothing, shoes, cribs, diapers, baby bags, carriers, strollers and more.  Walmart is really upping the trust factor with their baby gear (which is important, because what's more precious than your baby?)  We also saw one of our all-time favorite baby products from Walmart with a new facelift -- the Urbini Omni Stroller System!  We can't wait to tell you more about that.

What is your favorite brand of baby gear?  Have you considered shopping for Walmart for it?  With free shipping on orders $50, a nifty baby registry, and stores that are stocked with the essentials you need every day, I'm pretty blessed to have a place to shop that meets all of baby's needs, well into toddlerhood!
