Make Back to School Delicious and Easy with Garlic & Herb Slow Cooked Pork and Potatoes

More than one time a week, my family gets "in the weeds" and has too many things to do to take time out to prepare a healthy meal. I like to keep some simple, delicious options on hand in the fridge for such times; Smithfield pork that I buy from Walmart has been one that I've been happily reaching for the past year with much success.

Today, I'm going to share how I take the Smithfield Garlic & Herb Pork Loin Filet and make a quick slow cooker meal for my whole family of 8!

First, I heat up a little olive oil in a pan and brown both sides of the pork.

Then, I add it to a slow cooker full of chopped potatoes, onions, and celery!

A little water (1/4 cup) in the bottom of the slow cooker ensures even cooking. After 7 hours on low, or 4 on high, we have a tasty dish that everyone enjoys!
