It has been a crazy month. The kids and I have been trying to catch up on all of the Star Wars movies before the release of the new movie today - Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It has been an amazing experience and a good reminder of the important things in our lives. Star Wars has always been a touchstone for people looking for a solid good vs. evil story and an expression of how to follow the ways of truth and love.
While we won't be among the lucky ones seeing the movie tonight at its release, we are planning on seeing it, and we have already tucked a number of Star Wars toys and gifts under the Christmas tree for the family to enjoy this season. Many of them have been purchased from Walmart's extensive Star Wars shop. They have many exclusive items that are not sold anywhere else, and their prices allow us to get something for everyone in our big family of 8!
In addition to the Luke Skywalker Light Sabers the boys have been enjoying, they've dug out their Halloween costumes to reenact the fun!
