The Easiest Way to Bake or Grill Chicken Wings and Legs

Learn the easiest way to cook chicken legs and wings -- ever! Get tips for how to cook on the grill or in the oven, with a variety of seasonings and sauces.

Do you know what I love most about chicken wings and drummies? They are so cheap! At less than $1 a pound at most stores, they are a super affordable way to add some protein and flavor to meals. But cooking them can be a greasy, uninspired mess. That's why I was so happy to be able to try out and review a sample of the Cave Tools Chicken Wing Grill  Rack (which can be used on the grill or in a regular oven.)

I put in some drummies and baked them at 350 degrees in my oven until the juices ran clear and the internal temperature runs 165 or higher.

In the last few minutes, I basted them with a seasoned butter that had garlic salt, pepper, and paprika. The juices were all caught in the tray below, and now I can use that for a future soup, stew, or gravy!

What a simple and innovative way to enjoy drummies! I will also be using this for my baked sweet chili chicken wings, which are so much more delicious than fried wings!

How will you use this tool in your family meals? Or will you create something amazing for a party appetizer? I'd love to hear your ideas in the comments! And you can buy this product right now at Amazon!
